She integrates coaching with her deep domain expertise in healthcare, technology, innovation, product development, and IT to provide her clients with sustainable value.

Taught in Singapore, on the Stanford campus, and on-site at various corporate customer locations including IBM. Designed, wrote, and presented, The Effective Project Management Office: Paving the Way for Success course targeted for senior project management professionals.
Intel – Developed a planning process that directly supported and provided feedback on the strategic goals for the global marketing division. Facilitated pilot classes and planning workshops that were supported by a customized software tool set. 3Com – Designed and executed a project management best practices training program for the global customer support organization. Provided specific feedback and action items for the Senior Management team and developed metrics for measuring progress.
