A team serving the needs of a variety of client companies in the healthcare domain were planning an offsite for their team. They wanted to bring and cultivate fresh thinking and perspectives on what, how, and why they were doing now and in the next three years to create value for their customers. We created a “Walk of Fame,” used low-tech tools to capture fresh ideas tied to the strategic pillars of their client company, and had the teams share their ideas using props, music, poetry, and all available resources in the room. They left with plans in hand, stronger bonds, and a deeper appreciation and willingness to apply divergent thinking to their immediate and long-term challenges.
